Maintenance Billing Manager, David Soltero - David handles special requests, customer concerns, communications, invoicing, and record keeping for our maintenance clientele. |

Residential Maintenance Property Manager, Javier Almanza – Javier Supervises our Residential Maintenance jobs, performs minor repairs, and performs quality checks to ensure that the properties are well manicured. Additionally Javier is our safety coordinator and gives weekly safety training. |

Commercial Maintenance Property Manager, Richard Askori – Richard supervises our commercial maintanance jobs, works with the management companies to ensure proper communication and performs quality checks to ensure that the properties are well Manicured. Richard also keeps up on the maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and tools. |

Landscape Project Manager, Michael Denton – Michael supervises our landscape jobs to ensure that we are completing them in a timely manner and in accordance with the customers desires. |
